Cancellation Policy

Deposit and Canceling a Course All sign-ups need to be written and emailed. Deposits are strictly non-refundable within two weeks of the commencement of class. The reason for this is that: - All printing for the course has been ordered and paid for using the correct student numbers. - All materials for the course have been bought and paid for, allowing for student numbers. - The venue has been paid for in advance. - The tutor is booked and committed.​ The administration should require this. Exceptions to this are in the event of genuine medical events - These cases will be considered on individual merits. See more information in Terms and Conditions.
